Monopoly Chance Cards

Monopoly Game

Creating your own Monopoly Game

The first version of Monopoly (initially called "The Landlord's Game") was invented in 1903 by anti-monopolist Elizabeth Magie, who created a boardgame that she hoped would demonstrate the negative aspects of land being owned by a few people in private monopolies.

An easy way to adapt a Monopoly Game is to create your own Chance and Community Chest cards and we've put a series of Chance cards below to get you started.  A printable version is also attached as a Word document, that you're welcome to edit as you wish.

Please note, we are in no way affiliated with Hasbro, or the official game producers.
